How do I find the product I am looking for?
Enter what you are looking for into our intelligent search form at the top of the page or navigate through our categories & subcategories to see our matching products.
How do I add items to My Basket/Cart?
If there's a selection of products on the page, simply hover over or tap (touch device) on the product you want to add and click the Add to Basket button. If you want to increase the order quantity, you can then visit your Basket, either through the Shopping Basket icon or Basket link at the top of the page and increase the quantities.
If you are on the product details page, then simply adjust the quantities as required and click the Add to Cart button. You will see that the item has been added to your Basket.
How do I use my Coupon code?
You can enter your Coupon code either in your Basket area or on the Checkout details page.
How much Shipping/Postage will I have to pay?
This depends on your delivery address. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
Can I have delivery to a different address?
Yes. Your payment address details and delivery address details can be different. On the Checkout details page there is an option to Ship to a different address. Simply tick this box and fill out the delivery address details.
What payment types do you accept?
Paypal and all major Credit & Debit cards. All our payment transactions go through Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make your purchase.
When will my order be processed?
We process & ship/post all orders either on the same day the order was placed or the next working day.
