United Kingdom

All orders received will be dispatched either on the same day or the next working day. Packages will be sent by First Class post. Free shipping qualifies for orders over £50. Orders over £80 and or large/heavy items may be sent by couriers at no additional cost to the customer and at own discretion. If your order is sent by courier we will communicate this to you. A customer signature will be required.

Europe & Rest of World

All orders received will be dispatched either on the same day or the next working day. Packages will be sent with tracking. To avoid packages being returned by Customs in your country, please confirm with customs if you are in any doubt before ordering. We will not refund any product purchase costs or delivery costs for any packages that get returned to us by Customs.

Delivery

UK delivery times are typically 1-3 working days, however the Royal Mail does stipulate to allow up to 10 days before items are deemed lost. Therefore refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is not delivered within 10 days.

Europe delivery times are typically 1-7 working days, however this can vary dependent upon your Country so please allow up to 21 days. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is not delivered within 28 days.

Rest of World delivery times are typically 1-10 working days, however this can vary dependent upon your Country so please allow up to 28 days. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is not delivered within 28 days.

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund as per the terms below:

Always check your deliveries as soon as possible to confirm that you have received the correct goods and that they are in good condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of order or receipt of goods (whichever is longer) to return the goods to us. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be unopened, in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days. We will not refund any delivery costs, and return costs will be incurred by the customer. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a confirmed refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately quoting your order number Customer Support. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by NoNiggles.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. NoNiggles.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. We will re-send these items once the returned items have been received and processed by NoNiggles.com.
